Asus Smartphone for Snapdragon Insiders was officially announced on July 8, 2021.

The smartphone has Super AMOLED with 144Hz, HDR10 +, 800 nits (HBM) and 1200 nits (peak). It features 6.78-inch features and the screen resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels.

The smartphone has a triple camera configuration: 64 MP (wide) + 8 MP (telephoto) + 12 MP (ultrawide). The smartphone is 148 x 68.5 x 8.9 mm and weighs 169 grams. The smartphone comes with 6GB, 8GB and 16GB of RAM with 128GB and 256GB of internal storage.

The battery is powered by Li-Po 4000 mAh + Fast Charging 65W, 50% in 30 minutes, 100% in 50 minutes (advertised) + Quick Charge 5.0 + USB Power Delivery 3.0. The smartphone runs on Android 11 operating system, ZenUI 8 when powered by Qualcomm SM8350 Snapdragon 888 5G processor.

Sensors include a fingerprint (rear mounted, ultrasonic), accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity, compass, and Snapdragon fireball icon illuminated on the back. Asus Smartphone for Snapdragon Insiders is available in one color, Midnight blue.
